post your suggestions here :) I'll put a poll up for the weekend. Please put the genre of your title selection to make the poll process easier! Thanks

I have ::always:: loved Pride and Prejudice - that will always win my vote!

I did just finish a (new to me) book that I ::loved:: called:

Juliet by Anne Fortier
(it's a historical fiction that ties back with the original Romeo and Juliet - and supposedly the characters that inspired Shakesphere - it goes back and forth from the year of 1340 to present day and it all tied together, had a bit a of mystery, romance and Indiana Jones feeling to it. Great fun!)

:)

I'm gonna put out two suggestions for non-fiction, and they're both GREAT reads.

Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell. He is a great storyteller, and I find it totally fascinating to learn about what causes success.

Nothing to Envy: Ordinary Lives in North Korea The author does an amazing job of telling the stories of these North Korean refugees and weaving Korean history through the stories.

Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption (Non-fiction History)

Someone Knows My Name by Lawrence Hill (Written by a man, main character is a woman)

CUtting for Stone by Abraham Verghese (general fiction)

I'm seconding Still, Alice, and adding One Day by David Nicholls, as I'm currently reading it. :-) Both for women fiction, I think.

And Games of Thrones is an interesting suggestion, too, I wonder why I've never read it.
