Book Recommendations: Middle Grades

Titanic trilogy by Gordon Korman - Excellent historical fiction for young readers. Such a great read, they won't realize they are learning history. :)

How about some Children's Classics?

Charlie and Chocolate Factory
Chronicles of Narnia
Half Magic by Edward Eagar
Paddington

Or more modern:
The Harry Potter series

My almost 10 year old is a great reader so these are all wonderful suggestions, I can't wait to pick some of them up for her.

My 9 year old 4th grader (girl) is completely engrossed in Harry Potter right now. She has read the first 4 books in 3 weeks.
