book of notes

Have any of you made a book of notes or something similar? I really want to do one for my sister. I'm just not sure of what sort of format I should do...I don't think I can do a whole book like she did, or at least I'm too impatient to wait until I have enough stuff to make a whole book. So...ideas?

That's exactly what I thought. I guess maybe nobody else knows where to start either, though...

I am intrigued...

Never seen this before, but she said her sister's book only had 8-9 notes. You could write that many over a day or two... I would start with writing the notes on different paper, then picking envelopes, then a layout and then the extras. I also liked in the post, she references a book to Nicholas...that one was awesome with lots more ideas...

Not exactly that but I have one for my husband. I write him notes periodically and put the notebook on his pillow so he knows I have written something. I also have one with my daughter that has places to write notes and little questionaires. I write in it for a few weeks and then she takes it home and can read what I wrote and respond where appropriate and she writes in her own thoughts and gives it back to me.
