#9 - Photo Challenge: Depth of Field

I love love loooooove to play around with depth of field and aperture on my photos and this came in especially handy when photographing my niece's newborn feet. It's my favorite tool when I want to focus in on a specific part of something - a hand holding a juicy raspberry, tiny baby toes, etc.

#16 Scraplift paper to digi

It's been a while since I did a paper lift. I loved looking through pinterest for inspiration, and this image caught my eye immediately. The vibrant photos with a simple design and background. It's exactly how I used to scrap when I did paper scrapping.

I tried to recreate the simple look on my digi page, but ended up adding more colour in the end.

#4 - Pattern Paper mash-up: Floral and Plaid

Ohhhh, I love combining different patterned papers! I blended the plaid paper onto the wood and floral background for my page.

#22 Say what? Scrap something you heard someone say. My daughter gets emotional (in a good way) when she reads through her scrapbooks. I wrote down what she said one day because it touched my heart.

Gorgeous pages, ladies.
I also have a few:

#7 - Use a scoop or dip to create a page. I used Mamarazzi by Blagovesta and Simone. Those pictures I took on March 1, a few days ago and it tells the story of a tradition we celebrate on this day.

#10 - Top 10: Favorite Photos. In my case, it's top 10 favorite January 2011 photos because I am working on 2011 photo book of my nephews.

Challenge #11 - Use an alpha "cut" from papers for your title.
I had a sudden urge to make a page with my thoughts the other day. Don't laugh, please.

#13 - Element challenge: ribbons. Well, I wanted to make a boy page with ribbons and this is what I came up with. THe title reads "Boys with teddy bears" (it rhymes in my language and it sounds cute)

#21 - In honor of bubble day use lots of circles on your page.
Ok, I went a little crazy here but it was fun to do it :) I like taking things to the next level and with a pinch of humor :)

#16 - Scraplift: Paper to digi. Here's the page I lifted
Yeah, I went crazy with the papers here -- it took me quite long but I like the happy feeling and the fun colors of the page.

#2 First, middle or last - first day warm enough to wear shorts
