Bingo with the Babes - June 12th

Sherly

Sweet Shoppe SugarBabe Lead
I hope you all are enjoying your summer happily! It's been a bit slow and quieter with the babes, because some of us have gone on vacations. Still, we get to see a few gorgeous pages the babes scrapped for the bingo challenges!

#6 - Moonlights on the Beach font. I love finding new fonts! And I love using these scripty/calligraphy kind of fonts for my titles.

#5 Flashback: I know what you did last summer
I am trying so hard to complete our Lakehouse 2016 Album before we head back this summer!

#19 - Scrap vertically. For this one I tried to make just about everything on my page run vertically - the photo, title, journalling, paper pieces... and I like how it turned out!

#3 flip a template: I like to modify template to make them my own. Flipping is one of those modifications that can be fun!

#14: Graduation / Promotion ... Both of my older boys recently completed another year of ballet, finishing strong with a terrific rendition of Tarantella with their current class and graduating to the next level of the program. We're so proud of them!

#3 Flip a template

#12 Stamped alphabets (it was quite hard to find stamped alphas but I am very happy I found this one)

I have been scrapping... just lax in posting, lol! Not sure if I'll make a blackout this month or not. The weather has been just so nice I've not been indoors much, plus dd got her first job and since she needs mom's taxi I am tired and going to bed early! ;)

#23 Journal Challenge Word Strips..............................................................................................#3 Flip a template

#4 Chevron Background.......................................................................................................#21 Blog Scraplift

#6 "Moonlights on the Beach" font...........................................................................................#17 Color Challenge: Purple (not my favorite color!)

You probably can't tell too much... but on the left LO I dulled the background colors and the red bricks became a purple tone which worked perfectly with the color scheme. I repeated the technique on the right LO, but only on the bricks since not as much grass was visible.

Lastly this one from tonight... I opted for a single page to use as my PC desktop background since the one on here now shows snow! :D

#14 Graduation/Promotion - obviously our son's graduation

#11 Piled Up: 7 Different Photos........................................................................................#9 Father's Day
