I've been missing scrapping so so much! SO much to do during this summer, so many memories to make, but, hey! That's what's life is about right?!

#17 - Scrap a page with your fave designer template: I seriously love all the templates in the store here. I can usually modify them to fit my style if they aren't quite "me". Simone's templates fit perfectly with my natural clustery style without any tweaking and I even can use the photo spots for journal cards and my journaling when I want to go photoless!

 
#8 - put 64 items on your page
Amber's movie kit with all it's cute little ellies was perfect for adding so many on a page. I loved adding them into the little filmstrip paper.

#6 - summer story with no photos

My daughter and I are such creatures of habit (and God love her but she talks INCESSANTLY) that the summer can be hard on us if we're not out and abt doing things nearly every day. The last couple of weeks before school starts are always especially brutal as we are, frankly, just tired of looking at each other! :D

#23 - design challenge - asymmetry. I really like symmetry in my pages, so had to think carefully how to place my photo and elements for an asymmetrical look. I think offsetting the photo first made it easier to keep things 'uneven'.

#21 - I Like Big Stripes... I really do LOVE stripes and am drawn to using striped papers a lot. Big stripes... even better :)
