Happy Monday fellow scrappers! Can you believe we are already in to April? Time is flying this year!!!

I was so happy to see such positive feedback on the April's Bingo Card. You ladies made me smile. :)
I hope you will come play along this week and join the Babes in creating some great layouts for the Bingo Challenge that will also help you complete your albums. Don't forget to link your layout to the gallery so we can give your layout some love!

No. 1: Showers and/or flowers - I love scrapping with flowers and I see no reason not to include lots of them on a boy page!

#7: Tuck it in. Create a pocket style scrapbook page. Pocket style pages are great for big events like my niece's birthday. I can use as many photos as I like, then fill any extra spaces with papers and embellishments. I love the blocked style.

#6 - Journal with wordstrips
I love using wordstrips because then your journaling doesn't get "lost" on a semi busy background!

#19 - Mash up: Floral and artsy.
I think this particular background that Traci made is so perfect for this challenge! And this kit is so adorable!

#9 - shrink a template - A good way to spread your stash when you purchase a pack of templates is to rotate, flip and even shrink the template. Modifying the template by shrinking it will give you the ability to use it a few times and still have pages that look different each time you use it.

#12 - Half & Half: I love a big picture layout, so this is one that I enjoy scrapping! I was having a scrapping therapy, so this layout is a bit emo for me.

#9 Shrink a Template: Templates are a great way to jump start creativity. Like Carrie, I always to try to add personal touches, sometimes I flip, shrink, enlarge or just plain move stuff around.

#23 "sometimes in the wind of change we find our true direction" - unknown

It was therapeutic to scrap about my husband's recent job loss.

#15 - Up close/from afar
There are probably many ways to interpret this square, but it made me think of perspective and reminded me of this particular hike in Colorado. From this vista point, this was our view of some of the Rocky Mountains from afar. It's beautiful, but it almost makes you forget how TALL those peaks really are when you are looking at them from a distance. If we were down at the family member's house we were staying at, we'd look up at the mountains close to us and see how huge they are.

I jumped right in this month and have three to share!

#11 - Be Inspired: Board Games I confess I wasn't really sure what that meant, so I decided to have some fun with this one. I was literally inspired by the "boards" on the foreground paper. :p

#8 - Scrap a page using a kit from your favorite designer. I can't possibly choose a favorite because I have too many, but I went with my girl Traci since she was one of the first SSD designers I discovered, and I've been a HUGE fan ever since! ;)

#12 - Half & Half So, this isn't exactly half and I half, but I figured it was close enough!

My take on #11: Be Inspired: Board Games:

#19: Mashup: Artsy & Floral:

#24: Currently starting/finishing:

#1: Flowers and/or Showers:

#12: Half & Half:

Mine so far:

bingo challenge #7 - Tuck it in - Make a pocket style scrapbook page.

bingo challenge #10 - Top ten: things you can't live without.
I'm going to put this page in my 2016 yearbook, so the journal is in Dutch.

bingo challenge #22 - Earth, wind or fire.
I struggled with this challenge. I had no idea on what to do with this challenge. I only knew I wanted to go with 'earth'. And then I found this wordart saying 'peace on earth'.

#17 Scrap Something funny
My son built an air-powered potato gun. The funny part is that he said he'd rather shoot apples in it than eat them.

#24 Beginning or ending

#12 Half page photo, half decoration
This is not exactly half, but close enough. :)

Use your stash and scrap using the same kit you used for a challenge last month.

Current trend - feathers

Half & half: half page photo, half page decorations.

Colour challenge: Tropical colours

Scraplift one of the new babes

I've got a few more unfinished ones saved as well :D

I had so much fun with this one! #19 - mash up artsy and florals. Forgot how much fun I always had with Krystal's Mashups

I have a few:

#01 - Showers/flowers
I took this photo last summer in the yard and the rain is actually sprinkled water from a garden hose.

#13 - scrap a page inspired by the Thursday Treats from the blog
I was inspired by Focus on green blog post

#15 - Up close/from afar
I did a photo interpretation of the prompt and scrapped close-ups and full body photos. No crop of the photos here.

#20 - tropical colors
I don't have tropical/sea kits from SSD except the Great Outdoors: Oasis by KCB because I don't have many sea vacation photos. But I like this photo of my mom and nephew from our summer vacation in 2011. I managed to write the title in Cyrillic because the font of that Latin alpha matches most of the characters in Cyrillic as well and it reads "Sea 2011".

I have another one for this week - No.3: photo challenge - faceless photo. Sometimes my boys move too fast or just won't look at the camera for me (even moreso now!) but I actually rather like some of the photos I snapped of them anyway, especially this one when they were so little and sweet.

#15 Up close and far away - In the far away you see a little sailboot and the close up is me in my younger years lol

#23 Sometimes in the wind of change whe find our true direction

#14 Use your stash & scrap using the same kit u used in a challange last month , I used a older kit i used multiplay times but i dit not make a challange layout last month

#7 Tuck it in scrap a pocket style page

#13 Scrap a page using inspiration from a thursday thread

bingo challenge #4 - 4 in 4: 4 photos, 4 kits, 4 different elements and 4 alphas.

I counted the flowers as 1 element, I hope that's ok.
The kits I used are Believe In Magic: Pirate Cove from Amber and Flergs, Handmade Happiness from Kristin, Wild Child and Pieces of eight from Flergs.

I have been doing a few more!

Shrink a template:

Earth, wind, fire: I chose wind - which is needed to fly a kit :D

Showers/flowers: I chose to put lots and lots of flowers on my page:

I did one for the board games inspired, I wanted to do something that looks like tic-tact-toe board:
