If it were me I'd probably do a take on one of those neat Pinterest graphics you see for all sorts of things...

I LOVE Robin's idea!!
I did a page in my paper art journal this summer where I chose a number and listed things in my life that used that number... for example I chose the number 3.... listed items were both literal and "outside the box"... 3 kids, 33 years of life, 3 x 5 years together with hubby... things like that.

Jennifer... I know you've put so much time and energy and love into uni.... maybe you could do a take on the graphic I posted above related to your time invested in getting a degree.
36 classes, 120 credits, 44 papers, endless nights studying, 3.4 GPA, etc. I think that'd be a really neat way to document your experience there!
