best way to adhere pages to CDs?

Would Mod Podge be the best way to adhere my pages to CDs? I am going to need to sand the edges of the pages b/c the cutting isn't going so well and the edges are a bit raggedy but not SO bad that I feel I need to reprint.

Actually, I prefer a spray adhesive for this kind of project, or sometimes I'll use my Xyron. Mod Podge and CDs can be pretty messy (and I'm a big Mod Podge fan otherwise).
