I have about 8.5 dozen cookies to make as i'm doing a cookie exchange on the 15th.. whats a good recipe to use when making lots? I was planning on snickerdoodles (which i love) but am wondering if there would be something better. Nothing too hard!! Quick and easy please :D

You can make chocolate chip cookies in nice sized batches, Kristin. Easily doubled at the least (if you have a heavy duty enough mixer, lol).
Sugar cookies would be great as well.

I have as much as quadrupled the recipe for chocolate chip cookies on the Butter Flavored Crisco tub...Its my favorite CC cookie recipe by far.

PS...GET FESTIVE KCB.

Those are all good sounding recipes.. i just think i want something more fun than chocolate chip.. Is that bad to say??

The exchange i'm doing is we each give a 1/2 dozen to each girl taking part and there are 19 of us.. so I kinda want to have something fun yet easy too. :D

My recipe for pumpkin chocolate chip cookies make about 12 dozen cookies from one batch. They are super easy, but just make a huge batch. I haven't met a person that doesn't love them. PM me and I'll email you the recipe if you'd like.

I know another forum you can post this recipe in!!! *hint hint* :)

My fabulous Peanut Butter Cup cookie recipes make between 90 and 100 with one batch. I usually do about 4 dozen mini petit liners on a cookie sheet at one time. 4 ingredients in the dough. think it takes more time to unwrap all those mini peanut butter cups LOL....

Yeah, I second the pumpkin cookies... DH bought too many cans of pumpkin for Thnx and I have been using them to make these cake-like cookies for breakfast in the mornings, since they're not too sweet at all. (I threw in some dried cranberries the first morning!)

Super easy, not a lot of ingredients, and makes a ton.

I make it without the glaze:
