I thought I should come here and ask. My power went off last night when my PSE was open and now none of my tools will work. I keep getting a hand icon with every one. I tried resetting my tools and nothing is working, including shutting down and re-starting. I don't want to even think about re-installing it. Help! TIA!!!!

I had to shut down and restart my whole computer twice before it fixed itself. I was crossing my fingers that's all it would take.
