OMG! These are soooooooooo good!! I will take a picture tomorrow, but seriously the are divine!

They are perfectly sweet and not too lemony and the crust is awesome and sooo easy! Almost everything in them is stuff I always have on hand too! which is fabulous! I just wanted to pass it on cause I know we have some cooks/chefs around here! :thumbup:

If you ever have the need for Carrot Cake you need to try the recipe on her blog-OMGOSH!
It is to DIE-for-SOOOO YUMMY!

The first time I made these I immediately put the recipe in the "keep" pile b/c they are DELISHHHH!! They are so quick and easy and the crust is so yummy. They literally melt in your mouth. :thumbup:

Thanks for posting this! Whole Foods usually has lemon bars on their desert bar and I'll get one a lot of times when I'm shopping - now I can make some at home
