Guess I better fill up on gas while it's still $2.99.
your gas is 2.99??? I'm jealous..it's 4.19-4.29 here!
As for the bailout, I have mixed feelings, too. Really disappointed in our childish politicians who had to have stupid tax breaks on Hollywood production companies or wooden arrow manufacturers before they would give their approval.

$4/gallons of milk
I'm sick of gas prices, I'm sick of $4/gallons of milk, I'm sick of a life that is so fast paced that nobody cares about stopping and making time for the important things, I'm just sick!
I'm sick of $4/gallons of milk!/QUOTE]
We pay $4 on base, I think that's pretty expensive-but yesterday shopping off base it was $6.39/gallon! OMG! We waited til we got back on base to buy any.

So basically.... people couldn't afford their houses but banks told them they could... then the banks had to repossess the houses and can't afford that.
I'm learning on oprah. apparently we'd all suffer without the bailout! can't wait to hear why...![]()
Yeah - and those people didn't have ANY personal responsibility in knowing what they could and couldn't really afford :glare: uh-huh.![]()
