Awesome Customer Service from SSD!

So I went a little crazy on NSD and bought 17 chipboard albums. Yes. 17.

I got them in the mail today...how is that for fast shipping?

Two of the albums were damaged and I sent Robin an email with pictures of the damage and a request for replacements.

I was a little frustrated at the thought of having to pack up the damaged albums and mail them back (a trip to the post office with kids is a pita), discuss who was going to pay for return shipping, blah, blah, blah.

To my delight none of that happened.

Robin followed right up with an email apologizing for the damaged albums and saying replacements would be in the mail tomorrow and did not request I return the damaged merchandise.

Needless to say I am one happy hybrider :)

ETA: Did I mention that she sent be a bonus flower album with my purchase too??? Cause she did!!!

yea, Robin's pretty much the greatest. That treatment doesn't surprise me at all :) Just reason #25864120168856032 why I love it here, lol.

You know what I like the best?
There is no total price on the invoice in the box. No evidence for nosey hubbys to find. Now that's how you do business :thumbup:

I always tell on myself and I am a lucky girl that mostly my husband does not care. When I told him about all the albums he dang near had a fit. Mostly because I just reorganized all my scrap stuff and he saw all the stuff I have in shrink wrap still!

Thankfully he is easy and let me kiss my way out of it!:o
 
I got my chipboard order today too! Of course I only had 5 albums not 17 like you lol! But yeah Robin rocks!!
 
I'm so not suprised...Robin has always been so accomidating to me too!
Another reason to love SSD more than anywhere else!

Robin is awesome! I'm just heading to the shop right now to pick up the Hey Girlfriend Collab, which I didn't get earlier this week because I used the coupon code for my sweet rewards points instead of the collab - but since I spent $10, she sent me a coupon code for the collab too! I LOVE this place!!! Bust cs anywhere!!!!
Now if only real-life stores were this awesome....
