Austin Area Girls - Lunch on October 17th!!!

Ok girlies! Saturday is fast approaching. Any more additions to the meet up? I called Mighty Fine and they said they would be no problem for our group. Weather should be perfect...sunny and in the 70s. Can't wait!!!!
 
Christine may have 3 or 4, depending on what's going on - if their life isn't in the way at the moment...she'll pop in before Saturday, I'm sure.
 
Well I'm TOTALLY bummed to miss it (especially since its literally 5 minutes from my house) Argh! It's been - quite possibly- the worst month of my life... BUT I got a sub for tomorrow and my husband and I are heading to Dallas for the UT vs. OU game and Gearbox's Borderlands video game release party. Sounds like a good "guy" weekend I know, but I'm thrilled (though I will miss having my weekend scrap time). We desperately needed a getaway, and it includes a long weekend at a luxury hotel AND it's kid-free, so here's hoping it gets us cheered up and maybe our luck will turn around.

So you gals who actually live in the area, take pictures and start thinking about the next one- I'm in for the next one....

We're shooting on being there by 11:30 or so...we might be running late depending on how many potty stops we have to make LOLOL! But we'll be there as close to it as possible! Can't wait to meet up with everyone!

Add our 3 1/2 to the list. We're just getting back in town. Sorry for the delay in responding. Leslie, thanks for taking over & getting things set up for us! It may be a little closer to 12:00 when we get there, but I'm looking forward to seeing everyone!
 
I am so excited for this day. I think it is just awesome that I am going to meet some of you in "real" life.

And....I am going to make a stop in Pflugerville on the way in. My grandparents, 2 of my uncles and 1 of my aunts are buried there and I haven't stopped by to leave flowers and visit in about a year.

Should be a wonderful day and get me out of the house....which I desperately need!

Nope - we've only been here a year, before that we were in other parts of Austin.

I was born/grew up in Shiner (where they make the beer :thumbup: )
 
I'm getting excited, too!!

All it took was "playground" and "milkshakes" and my kids were in! they rarely get treats like a milkshake and the aboslutely LOVE playgrounds...

and the weather is supposed to be perfect!! mid 70s!

And for the record - this is the ONLY thing that would pull me away from the TV on Saturday afternoons during college football season, LOL!

this will be so fun!

Yay! I am back to 2. DD #1 is going to come with me!!!!

We will have to leave by 1:30 so she can be at work by 4 but, I am just so glad that at least ONE of my 3 kids wanted to come!
