August Passport

I have a whopping seven done. I've enjoyed trying to work the passport into my "normal" way of scrapping. It's making some of my pages have a different style than my usual and flipping through them (before I get to printing them), I've decided it's not a bad thing and I'm keeping them. I've also been working the Summer Getaway challenge. I've only used one as double duty for the passport because I'm TRYING to challenge myself to keep them separate.

Having seven done is awesome!! It's fun to try different styles. You never know, you might like something that you never thought you'd like!

I have 4 to do yet...#9, #10, #13, & #14.

OMGosh I didn't think I would make it this month, but I have one more layout to go!

I'm not sure if this is my month... not completely throwing in the towel yet, BUT yesterday afternoon I got switched from teaching preschool to teaching kindergarten! (School already started on Thursday, so I have no time to process & plan for my move!) I'll be my daughter's teacher (again)! For the most part, I'm excited about it and I know it's a compliment that they wanted me to move, but...a little overwhelmed and also mourning the loss of the "freedom" I had in preschool. Now I'll have more deadlines and..... recess duty! Still working only a half-day though, so maybe I'll get to at least 12 on my passport by next week!

Wow Rebecca! That's a big change last minute. I hope you settle in quickly. I'm sure your daughter will enjoy having you as her teacher again!
