It's the end of summer, kids are going back to school and temperatures are up.
We're about mid-month... this is your monthly Passport check-in.
How are you doing on your Passport???
 
I only have 5 done so far. I'm still slow-scrapping. I've been taking my splint off most days, but trying not to overdo it. I really end up getting only 1 page done on days that I spend scrapping.
 
I have 3 done and 2 in the works. I‘m not sure if I’ll get the full passport but I’ll have the minimum- and that’ll be a first for me!! I’m at least keeping up with the Getaway Challenge.

I'm slow this month, not sure why but maybe it's the muggy-ness. So hot this summer, I feel like my house is near the sun!
 
After I post a few with this weekend's new releases- I'll only have 5 more to go! I'm trying to work ahead a bit this month with the Getaway challenges, as well as being out of town a lot of August has me feeling a bit nervous I wont finish! Going for blackout! ;)
 
I think I’ve got 4 or 5 done. Not as many as I had hoped but life hasn’t been good right now so The fact I have done any is a bonus for me.
 
This is the first time I think I actually have a chance of finishing it LOL I have 11 out of 18 challenges done. Just 7 more to go, and I'm determined to finish it this month :D
 
I only have 6 so far and we're going on vacation for a week starting Wednesday (8/21) so I probably have time to do just a couple more this weekend. However, I'll do my best to do all the Summer Getaway challenges by Sept 4 deadline.
 
I have 12 done, but I'm not feeling the rest of it just now. I need to start thinking outside the box, I guess!
 
I started this month at a 4-day creative retreat, so I was able to get organized with my Passport and got off to a good start. I've got 12 done and 6 to go.

I've tried to be strategic about making my scrapbooking time count double, so that a single layout fulfills a Summer Getaway challenge as well as a Passport challenge. I'm super grateful we can double-dip in that way!

This would be my first time ever finishing a Passport, so that's what I'm working towards.
 
Umm....2. The first half of the month has been busy wrapping up our trip to the states, having my dad here with us for a week, and getting my kids & my classroom ready for back to school--extra challenging this year, as I always sew my kids' backpacks but this is the first year they start on the same day of school----and the first time *I* also start on the same day as they do!
I'm hopeful that I'll get a lot done after school starts, since I'm teaching 1/2 day & my kids go full day... will use those hours catching up!
 
I am not doing great this month :( I just can't seem to find a scrappy groove (I can barely force myself to get the summer getaway challenges done on time), so I'm calling this a 'don't stress about it month'..... I'll still scrap, and if it fits a challenge great! if it doesn't, i'm not too worried about it. I cannot wait until September when the kids are back in school!!!

We all have months like that, Cherry :) LOL!! I'm not a fan of summer, and I would not be a happy camper if my house felt like that!!

Summer can be a little more difficult for completing the Passport, Leah. But remember, every LO done is an accomplishment!!

I'm thankful for double-dipping, too! I doubt I'd be able to finish both if they had to be different LOs.

I've been in a similar state of mind this month, Jenn. I like your "don't stress about it month"!! Good for you!
The kids going back to school should be a "National Vacation for Moms" Day!!

Seriously I JUST got my printer hooked up and talking to my computer. I might not be able to scan or anything else, but I can print (thank you, Father!!). So now that I can print, I have to print my tracker so I can cross off what I've done because I really have no clue what I've scrapped or what's needing to be done!

I'd like to say half is done? I've written it down, but with still unpacking (I know right!!!!), it keeps going missing because I'm using that notebook for notes, doctor appointments, addresses.

I am so behind, it's ridiculous. We've been so busy with our garden, our sons room and now organizing what does/doesn't go back in his room that I hardly have had any time to scrap. I hope to get back into scrapping again soon...one more week of my husband being home until he goes back to work and school starts again on Sept 2nd for us. I love having my guys home but I also can't wait for life to get back to normal again :)

I have a whopping seven done. I've enjoyed trying to work the passport into my "normal" way of scrapping. It's making some of my pages have a different style than my usual and flipping through them (before I get to printing them), I've decided it's not a bad thing and I'm keeping them. :D I've also been working the Summer Getaway challenge. I've only used one as double duty for the passport because I'm TRYING to challenge myself to keep them separate.
