Asking For Prays For My Baby

Hi Girls,

I know I haven’t posted or scrap in awhile like I wanted to do but this summer been pretty busy for me. You see my youngest son who just about to turn 9 months old might need skull surgery recently we found out he has plagiocephaly this Monday he is going down to Indianapolis Peyton manning hospital for a 3d ct scan which they have to put him to sleep for to see how bad he is we are praying that he won’t need surgery and just get a helmet to help shape his head.
I’m asking if you girls can kindly pray for my little one and hope it won’t be that bad as it seems. My boyfriend and I believe in the power in pray cause without god in our lives we wouldn’t have four little ones now after three doctors telling us having a baby for me wouldn’t be possible cause of my cerebral palsy.

I want to wish you the best and tell you I know what you're going through. My son was a preemie which caused his to have a condition in his neck called torticolis- as a result he developed plagiocephaly. When he was 10 months old he was fitted for a helmet. We didn't want him to have to wear the helmet because of the red spots it causes (and possibly headaches from the pressure of it), but physical therapy didn't help his neck and head positioners didn't make him keep his head off the flat side. My son had a really bad case of plagiocephaly and his head is still misshapen, but they never once suggested surgery to correct it (just surgery for his neck, which was luckily not neccessary afterall). I'm praying for you and your family that surgery won't be needed, and that the helmet will give great results!

Here's him during the molding- it's not a bad process and he didn't have any problems at all from it.
