According to Ron Howard in this article, the movie is a go! :thumbup:

I have goosebumps, rofl. This is my most favorite TV show ever; it was so well written and witty. Whoever made the decision to cancel it should be shot. In fact, if I could go back in time, I would keep that person from being born. (And then I'd keep my uncle from dying in a car wreck. I'm not TOTALLY selfish, folks.) And then I'd still be watching new episodes of AD instead of just having to watch the one with the Japanese investors over and over again. (OK, I admit it, I'd probably watch that one over&over anyway cuz it's the funniest thing I've ever seen, but still...)

Surely I'm not the only one excited about this, right???
