No cable here. We (ok, it was my decision...dh still wants it lol) cut off cable years ago. I found it too easy to sit and play on the couch w/the TV on in the background. And when any sport was on...it would be on for DH and I just hate the loud, background noise in sports, esp in football. It's so expensive anyways. I remember once upon a time it used to be $19.95/month during promotions. Then when the promo time was up I would call to cancel and they would ask why and I'd end up w/that low intro rate for several more months :) But really...I don't want to keep calling lol and really out life is better w/o all that TV (*gasp* yes, I did say that).

And anyways...I would be stuck watching real world vs road rules and really, I so do not need to watch that. But I'm a sucker for competitions...I don't like the hooking up and stuff part of it though.
