OK Andrea. I know you've heard it a million times, but Pinterest is awesome. When you first start out, it's a little bit of a time suck, but once you get established on there, it's actually a time SAVER. I never write down recipes anymore, like I mentioned, shopping lists, gift ideas, craft ideas, scrapping inspiration. I adore it.
 
I think I'm slowly going to all templates. I used to not use them at all (I didn't know how LOL). then I started using them. A couple months ago it was 30/60. Now it's more like 80/20. I'm never very impressed with my non-template LOs. I guess it's ok to leave the actual page design the the designers and I'll just rock the temps!

I need to try it... I'll wait when it's not crazy busy...lol!

I never thought of it as organizing, that is def a selling point!

oh, I love it for organizing! The only bookmarks left on my computer are for private blogs, my scrap galleries, and scrap sites. All my recipes, etc are on pinterest now.

You'll have to let me know what you think of Mockingjay, Maria. I liked the first book, the second book was cool but bugged me in some ways and I have my thoughts on Mockingjay, but I will wait until you're done to share them.

That is def a selling point, I can see now why so many are drawn to it.

I will def have to check it out. It will have to wait for a bit. But when I'm ready, I'll have to look at what you guys have, that will help me get started! :)
 
It's raining, raining, raining here. A glum day, which is appropriate, since I have to say good-bye to my wonderful kitty cat today. Hold me, ladies.

It's done. My kitty has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I loved that kitty for most of my life.

Jen, I just checked out the Cindy CT call thread, and your LO is awesome! I'm so glad you girlies entered, because you never know! You are all awesome!
 
Sorry about your kitty, Kate. We had a kitty that looked just like him all growing up and his name was Sam. Funny that I have a boy named Sam now... lol {big hugs} to you, I know how hard that is. :(

Sorry about your car, Jen, but at least you have the sweet rental, haha! Enjoy it while you have it! :)

I saw Donna and Jen's layouts and they were gorgeous in the Cindy thread. Wouldn't it be cool if any of us actually made that CT? I have loved Cindy's goodies for a long time! I'm glad she's announcing it Wednesday night, so we can be put out of our misery with waiting and just know (either way) by then! I loved the pages from our Threadkillers! :) Good luck you guys!

Thanks guys! there are so many awesome layouts in that thread.

I am loving my rental. I'm in a brand new Explorer(seriously, not even 5K miles on it) and it is fully loaded...heated seats, triple zone climate control, all sorts of gizmos and gadgets and cupholders....They can keep my car for two weeks if I get to drive this, lol! I seriously loooove it.
 
So I just finished Mockingjay. I started the series on Thursday night... so I averaged about a book a day. Lol. Anyway, I totally loved the series. For real. Even the last one... Of course, I'm always sad when a series ends. I want another book to read. Lol.
 
Marla, glad you loved the series! It's on my list for this winter, along with Game of Thrones and The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo...I'm a series person, I hate stand alone books, because I love getting to connect further with 'my' characters as I read the series, lol!
