I love the Doctor! Random Doctor Quotes:

Beware the weeping angels. Oh and duck. No really duck! Sally Sparrow. DUCK, NOW! Love from The Doctor (1969)

"Your life could depend on this. Don't blink. Don't even blink. Blink and you're dead. They are fast. Faster than you can believe. Don't turn your back, don't look away, and don't blink! Good luck."

Larry: “The angels have the phonebox”. That's my favorite. I've got that on a t-shirt.

The Doctor: Listen, gotta dash. Things. Happening. Well, four things. Well, four things and a lizard.

Terry Pratchett is my favorite author of all time. I LOVE his sense of humor and the amazing worlds and characters he has created. I listen to a lot of audio books and the narrators of his books are fantastic also. :)

I'm starting my first Terry Pratchett book! Excited! :)

And Darcy, I didn't know you were a fan of him, too! Fun! :)

We have very similar tastes, origami! I love all those!

And thanks for the heads up about the audios of Terry Pratchett, Heather! I'm always looking for books with good narrators to add to me audio toead list!

My must-have for my birthday this year :)

I have an Angel on my computer along with my Tardis :) I'm such a geek.

I have five younger brothers and sisters... My baby baby sister is almost twelve years younger than me. She just turned nine and is totally my best friend. Anyway, my parents and her just moved and now live two hours away. Today, they are coming to visit me for the first time in two weeks. I am oh so excited for some Jamey time.

On a related and random note, when Jamey was two she refused to call me Marla to my face. She knew my name and could say it when I wasn't around, but just wanted to be a pain. She was obsessed with Finding Nemo at the time and started calling me Dory. Now everyone is my entire family calls me Dory... including my nephew. I'm known as either Auntie Dory or Dory to the whole family. Nicknames are funny and weird.

Aww, that's cute, Marla (Dory).

I have a brother that's 12 years younger than me. I was the baby for all those years until that brat came along LOL. Now he's a 18 year-old, 6'6" man. How did that happen?

my little one is sick tonight, so I'm going to bed early to try to catch as many zzz's as I can, because I know I'm going to be up half the night! I think we may even end up sleeping upright in the recliner tonight :( (she's got a cold and is in misery not being able to breath out of her nose)

I remember recliner-naps . . when my youngest was a newie, I think I slept in the recliner more than my own bed!! Hope your lil one is feeling better soon Kate xx

Hope she feels better fast...

I can totally tell it's football season. My husband is currently cursing at the tv and muttering about football. Go Sooners! Lol... I honestly could care less, but it makes my man happy.

No fun at all! Sorry to hear that!

Thanks everyone for the well-wishes! We actually had a much better night that was anticipated, which is awesome. She needed sleep so badly, and of course, Momma did, too!

Glad to hear she's on the mend Kate, and that you got some quality ZZZ's too!

I'm procrastinating and wandering round SSD instead of going to bed . . dont wanna go to work tomoz! :(
