my baby starts first grade tomorrow. I always thought I would be happy when this day would come, but now that it's here, I'm sad to send my little buddy to full day school... I'm sure I'll adjust, but for now, it's :(

he's excited and that's a great thing! All my kids are exctied for school to start tomorrow. We'll be in schedule shock for sure...we're totally used to sleeping in until 8:00-8:30am - wish us luck! eeeek!
 
School already? The kids here don't start until the 31st (but I don't have any in school yet). I find it so dumb that they send them for 2 days, then give them a long weekend! What's the point in that??
 
Have vowed to buy more lottery tickets, need to win millions so I dont have to work and can just stay home and play with my new kits from the GGG sale!!! :D
 
Gotta be in it to win it!!!!

I have a diabolical plan to win millions so I can hire the SSD designers to design whatever I want muhahahaha :p
 
I am a domestic goddess . . you will know you are one too if you wake up, look outside and think . . "What a great day for doing the washing" lol :p

No, I haven't really shared here but I self destructed - and am dealing with my depression and anxiety for the first time ever so...that's what I was doing
 
I'm so glad you got some help, then, Jamie. Depression can be a debilitating and very scary thing. You can PM me if you ever need to talk!
 
I can't believe that this thread is still going! We are all a dedicated bunch.

I love doing the portfolios! I only missed one month since they started I think and it just about drove me nuts not getting it done. This month I am stuck on the big hybrid #33, it is taking me longer than I though it would but once it is done, it is clear sailing to the 30 points!

I hope you start feeling better soon. Depression is hard.

I'm currently sitting in a hotel lobby... playing on my laptop. My hubby is on a business trip and I tagged along. Quite relaxing actually.
 
I am going to make fried chicken and mashed potatos tonight because its SO birthday and thats what he likes to eat. Its so hot though I am not looking forward to cooking...do you think he will settle for a sandwich..hahahaha
