HUGE thunderstorm in the middle of the night last night and now it's cooler and hopefully going to stay that way. (Cooler being a relative term, of course.)
 
I'm headed out for a huge family photo shoot... 22 people. :unsure: It shall be fun, but extremely challenging. Pray for me folks. lol.

I had one on Saturday morning 9 adults, a 4 y.o & 2 11 month olds. It was lots of fun & challenging, especially since they ALL wore white & their session wasn't exactly in 'best' light hour. However, they booked my largest collection & tipped me 10%
 
Thanks ladies! The photoshoot went great... especially considering the numbers. I get so nervous before every single one, but I've decided that just means I care.
 
Had a sad farewell at work today *sniff* . . I will miss her so much!! Dont know what it is about my work, people leave at a rate of knots - we've had 10 people leave in 10 months!! when I first started I couldnt believe how attached I got to workmates, I was so upset with each farewell . . and this particular workmate has actually become my friend,so I'm finding it very difficult!!
 
I completely pulled everything out of my desk/from on top of my desk and am re-organizing. Seemed like a good idea at the time but I've lost steam and now I have crap everywhere.
 
I'm so glad & relieved I made the decision to change math classes - I was in the advanced maths for nursing class (there are 3 of them at the same times which teach the same things but go at different speeds) but after a bit of thinking over the weekend and after yesterdays class which was way way too fast paced for me I decided this morning to change into the middle class which is the right speed for me even if it is slightly too easy at the moment. As the pass mark for the course is 80% I wanted to give myself the best chance of passing especially if I need to take time off for health reasons during the semester (it only happened twice last semester)
 
i dont know how much more i can take and there is nothing i can do when it comes to my ex harassing me through text messages and then i wish i had facebook friends i could trust, if i got rid of everyone who i didnt trust to run to my ex every time i try to post something id have like 5 friends left and that just makes me sad :(
 
My (tiny) laundry room is no longer burried with evil paperwork piles and random catch-all fluff! Yay! Now to file a 2" pile of papers before they multiply and take over the room again, lol...
 
Seriously, Kate! The piles sure pile up fast. Have you ever read that book called, "Sink Reflections" by Marla Ciley? She talks about "hot spots" where they're some places like the countertop in the kitchen, if there's nothing on it, it stays clean, if there gets to be even one little piece of paper on it, before you know it, there's a pile! lol. Yeah, I have too many hot spots in my house. I'm pretty clean, but I'm not above piles, hot spots, etc. lol
 
I'm such a "piler." My hot spot is my table. We have half of it cleared for us to eat together, and the other half is piles of papers. Pathetic. We clean it off about once a month and *swear* it won't get piled up again, but...yeah. That doesn't happen.
 
That's how my small countertop is in my laundry room... a gum wrapper could be on it and in no time flat, we'd have a 2 foot pile that's balancing, lol!

Hot spots are evil!
