I've been researching the Paleo diet for five hours... I adore wheat, but seriously think I'm going to try 30 days with no sugar, grain, or dairy. Insanity.

And that is a pretty random thing to post about. :)
 
I actually scrapped a page last night that didn't make my eyes bleed. I'm not gonna say my mojo's back, but it may be on it's way back up.
 
My random post: I need to shower, do the breakfast dishes, vaccum, clean up both kids rooms, put the laundry in the dryer away, pre-make lunch for the kids and leave the number for the pizza place for Charles, then get my church stuff together, volunteer at VBC from 2 to 5:45 then bible study at 7pm. Then come home, clean up the house, the dishes, do a load of wash and go to sleep.

Yay!

Oh and I want to finish the pages I started last night. Whew. Wednesdays are crazy for me.

i have to go get groceries. my little boyfriend is on regis and kelly and i'd love to watch it...but he have a high of 112 today. should probably go while it's still in the 80's :/

Oh no! I hope he bounces back quick! And yes I second doing errands early to avoid (or have the appearance of avoiding) crazier heat.

I've bid for a blog posting gig and crossing my fingers I get it! :thumbup:

I forgot to get something while I was at the store yesterday, but the heat at lunch is going to make me want to die, so I guess I'll just have to wait. Who needs to poop anyway, right? ::sigh::
Also? I love my mother, and I'm so happy she's so excited for this pregnancy, but she's going to drive me insane. I didn't think it was possible to hover from 3.5 hours away, lol.
 
Work, work, working here. It's super hot outside, so I'm glad I'm inside in the air conditioning. I do need to stop at the grocery store on my way home, which I'm not looking forward to.
 
yay my sunburn's healing, even tho it looks ugly right now with blisters and all but it's getting there! Vingear def helps!
 
This thread totally cracks me up. Random talk makes me happy!!! Plus, what was Darcy thinking putting together this competition????? Doesn't she know that we are stubborn and competitive and will never let this thread die???? Craziness. I think this will be the longest running thread in SSD history. I am just sure of it.
 
Do you ever have days where you need a time out from your child? J has just been cranky!! Of course the 100F temps aren't helping...
 
Yes. Almost daily.

And after 5 years of being a SAHM/W I'm learning that it's absolutely necessary (and very refreshing) to take one every.single.day.
 
yep.... I can't wait for school to start back up. I desperately need a break from my kids. :blink:

I was playing a mahjong game at lunch and had to shuffle the tiles. Now I keep singing "every day I'm shuff-uff-alin" in my head, lol. I love that song. :p

My BFF from NC is in town and we get to go have dinner with her at our other BFF's house tonight. El is so excited, she has two girls, one a year older than her. Can't wait! :D
 
Im eating KFC coleslaw. Yummy, been craving this for weeks. I am also watching one of my favorite movies, Superbad, and scrapping and drinking Diet Coke. If I didn't have to go to work later, this would be perfection.
 
i've never seen superbad...and don't really want to. :/ again with the no sense of humor.

Nope, didn't care for Superbad, and Napolean Dynamite was one of those movies that was so stupid that you could help but smile.
