we just had our bug man out here today because we had 3 different types of ants in our house- sugar ants, tree ants (that like to eat wood), and fire ants. No Bueno.
 
First there was a downpour of like 6 inches of rain within 24hrs (actually more like 5hrs) here in Ohio on Monday, then today it was disgustingly hot. I'm not sure what it peaked at today but I believe the heat index was 110 at one point.
 
I am so looking forward to this weeks new releases! Hope there is something amazing to scrap some double layouts I've been working on today. :)
 
Wondering how Roanna's interview went today (though I'm sure she did great) and madly refreshing the peeks to drool over the upcoming goodies!
 
my sister and her hubby passed their foster care 'training' a few weeks ago . . and as of yesterday they have a 9 week old baby boy to care for!!!
 
just got home after missing my express bus and taking another to the outer edge of the CBD where I finally caught up to mine and got one it - probably ended up saving a good hour of my time on a rainy Friday night

I can't wait to sleep in and do NOTHING this weekend. Except maybe clean out my closet. But that's about it I think.
 
Going to a wedding tomorrow (OMG, to be a bride in 100+ temps?! UGH.), then getting ready for a baby sale on Sunday. Gotta tag clothes, toys, furniture. Oh boy.
 
I hate the mornings my three-year-old begs me not to go to work and to stay home and play with her. *sob* I wish I could, hunny bunny.
 
So tired this morning. Hoping to finish at least one album project today. Plus I do have another gift album I need to finish this weekend.
 
I think I have decided that I can either clean my house or scrap during the week, but not both... DS has a play date today, so the cleaning won out this week! Boo.
 
I am in purge mode today. I have sorted through books and cookbooks and have a huge stack to donate along with a bag of clothes... will be off to the Goodwill soon. :thumbup:
 
Oh man, I wish I could get my hands on those cookbooks. They're really the only kind of book I buy and I seem to hoard them...not sure why.
 
I'm wondering if there's some way you could do a search of all threads at SSD to see who really IS the biggest threadkiller -- who has the most posts that are last in a thread? That would be cool.
 
Ya I shouldn't spend any money but I doubt I will have the will power to say no this week! Oh well maybe I will consider it an early bday present to me :)
