Are there any SBC users here?

I forget to put which kits I used on layouts. I've tried to go back and find the file name but have never been able to find it. Does anyone know if this is possible?

After finishing my lo's, I will scroll down my layers panel in Adobe PSE 9 and write down what has been used. I'm kinda' new at this, so right now, that's the only way I know to keep it accurate.
