Do they always go up at a certain time? It's 6pm EST, what time does the party start 'round here?

I think usually after 8pm EST?

Technically, we try to do sneaks no sooner than 24 hours before release time (6 pm Friday). So anytime after 6 pm Thursday is fair game for someone to start the sneak thread. It doesn't usually start up until 8 or 9 pm, though.
