Appreciation gift for school nurse

The nurse at my girls school is so awesome. She's spent quite a bit of time with my girls this year, between prescription meds help to chipped teeth, general sickies to crutches and countless ice packs and band aids. She also helped so much with their dance class. I've spent more time talking to her than my girls actual teachers Any awesome nurse gift ideas?

Also, we're very limited on stores around here, so gift card may not be the way to go. I haven't seen a Starbucks, or anything like that. No target or anything lol. We have Walmart. But I'm starting a bit early so I can put something together or look online if needed.

Thank you girls. I don't know why I didn't just think of pinterest!! I've been sitting here going crazy trying to think of something that's not too teacher-y, but perfect for the school nurse. I love these ideas!!

do the people in the office have any ideas? I help at our school a bit, and usually can ask them if they know a favorite soft drink/coffee/candy etc. too.
