My sister has a really important court hearing today. She has a really strong case, but you never know what could happen, and she really needs things to go her way on this one or her case may be over entirely.

Thanks everyone! The hearing should be going on right this very minute. My sister said she is going to have a party with home-made ice cream tonight if things go her way, so I'm keeping my eye on her FB page to see if she announces an ice cream party. Fingers crossed!

Just heard from my sister. Court went well, mostly. She scored a half-victory and has another court date in one month. I hate how this stuff drags on and on and on, but it seems like her case is finally coming to a point where it might be over before too much longer.
