Anyone use PSE 2020?

I had to get a new computer and went from Windows 10 to 11. I've figured out some of my old settings in Photoshop Elements; however, the Free Transform tool use to automatically appear on every element that I dragged onto the page when I was on it's layer. Now I have to hit Ctrl +T. My search shows which box to check in your settings, but that function isn't listed for me. Am I out of luck? (Everything about this new computer has been a nightmare so far, so I should have expected this.):cursing:

It's been a long time since I used PSE- but on the bottom there was always the 'tool options' tab with the photo bin tab and a few others. Maybe the box to select to show your controls is in that area?

Thanks, Amie. I accidentally unchecked the box above the one about rollover or something. It seems to work now. I'll tell you, my old brain can't handle tech anymore. I wish I weren't my IT person. Now if I can just figure out OneDrive and my new "D" drive. Ugh!
