My youngest wants a Lego City set for Christmas. I saw that TRU has Legos on Buy One Get One 50% off. But I don't need 2 expensive sets! I just want 1. I'd rather a 25% off sale on one item. So, if you hear of any store or online sales, please let me know! :)
 
Have you tried Amazon? When we were looking for DS's they were much cheaper on the big ones and free shipping. They are spendy little suckers aren't they! But great for the eye-hand coordination, problem solving and creativity. I saw a couple kits yesterday on sale, but they were sold out by the time I got there (and too old for my DS). Maybe there will be a cyber sale on Monday? Here's hoping!
 
Lego.com has spend $100 save $10, spend $200 save $20, spend $300 save $30 and free shipping over $100. That might be your best bet. Or you can check on amazon. We did our lego orders yesterday and got most at lego.com, but had to get a couple at amazon because lego was out of stock.
 
I'm hunting today for sales and haven't found any. If anyone runs across Legos on sale, please holler! I'm not wanting to spend $100 on lego.com so that sale doesn't really work for me. What I've seen so far on Amazon were not on sale or cheaper than full-price at Toys R Us.
