Anyone planning to go to Creativation 2020?

Hey! Long time no see. :-) Some of you may still remember me.

I am kind of thinking about crossing the ocean and come to Creativation 2020 in January, so I am curious if some you are going to be there. Might be nice to meet in person.

I am a bit freaked out by doing such a long journey, but I really hope I can overcome it and really go.
 
Quoting their site, it's "North America's largest and longest running creative industries trade event". I am into card-making, and all the companies whose products I use will be there, and I always watched videos from the convention, wishing it was nearer so I could go (I am in Luxembourg in Europe). And I got this idea that I might do it the coming January. It's a bit crazy to go the US just for a couple of days, but whatever. :-)
 
Have you ever looked into creativeworld? it's held in Germany and it's similar to creativation - a lot of the same companies (even the US ones) go there too

Sad thing is, except for Ranger my go-to companies are microbusinesses (some of them like, 2 people), and I do not think they could afford the costs appearing personally. And that is the biggest reason I'd like to go, to meet all those people personally. But I can take a look at the German one anyway. :-)

Actually, I was having fun looking at hotels in Phoenix yesterday, so if I do not freak out it might really be fun to go. And it seems the weather in Arizona is rather me-friendly in January. :-)))))

I miss this place, but my time is sadly limited, so I am horribly behind with uploading layouts and rarely visit the forum. Also, my hobbies are kind of off-charts these past few years, because on top of digi-scrap I also make cards (hence my interest in Creativation), crochet and ahem, build Lego. :-)

Between that, work and at least some social life I am kind of overwhelmed. :D
 
I can't afford to take a trip like that but I sure wish I could. That would be a blast! I went to the Creating Keepsakes trade show a few times and it was so much fun.
 
In the end I decided against it. I looked into air ticket and hotel prices, and it would be horribly expensive. :-(
