Anyone keen on sharing signature making tips

I have had this signature for way way way too long yet I'm not sure where to start with creating a new one so I'd like to ask your advice. The next one I'd like to make will be more creative than the one I have now

I start with a 12x12 canvas (coz that's my default in PS) and a kit I love. Then just cluster and layer a bunch of goodies and when Im done I merge layers, crop and then resize to 72dpi and around 150px high.

Might be time to jazz mine up actually..

I also design mine like i would a regular layout. i like to mix and match all my favorite goodies, but i'm a mixer anyway. I merge my layers, crop, run my unsharp mask and then save as a PNG at around 150px high.

i have siggy templates, pm me if you're interested :)

otherwise, i do like the other girls said and size down to 72ppi and around 400 pixels wide.

I had a LO made that I liked the cluster in, so I changed out the picture and adjusted it down in size (deleting the background and adding my name to it).

Am a template junkie!!I choose a 12x12 template with clusters and use it for the siggy.I delete the layers i dont require and once finished i resize!!
I like yours!!Simple and neat!

figured it was time to update mine too. i love making siggies. i used to make them for people on Justmommies.com lol.

Oh, I can't make a cluster to save my life, but I wanted a cute siggy. I ended up just going graphic and clean, which is my style anyway.

Yes, I do it the same way and it's the best. My siggie is appx. 400 px wide :)
