Anyone in the Kansas City MO area?

I'm flying there to a business retreat this summer and will have one extra day to do some sightseeing - looking for ideas. I"ll have a car so it doesn't have to be right in KC.

I love just outside Jefferson City, the capital, and don't visit very often. maybe this will help.
