Anyone have ideas/recs for book closures?

I've been looking for closures for my board books for awhile, but with no luck. Right now I'm using ribbon as a closure, but I don't really love the look b/c the ribbon leaves a "hump" under the cover. It's not a HUGE deal, but I definitely notice it and would rather than the cover be nice and smooth without being able to "see" the ribbon underneath...

I saw the new Zutter Closures (http://www.binditall.com/NewCanvas.html) - they look super neat and I would like to try them. But at $4 each, that's not too cost effective if I'm doing a lot of books.

I also looked into the Book Bra (I think by 7 Gypsies?), but I can't tell by the descriptions online how it works exactly?

I found these: http://store.scrapbook.com/bg-met-522.html Any creative ideas on how I can use these for closures? Maybe somehow putting one on the front, attaching something (ribbon?) to the back and putting one of the magnets on the end of the ribbon to hook to the magnet on the front??

Any ideas???

you could try a band, either from paper or elastic ribbon? 7Gypsies used to sell huge rubber bands that were printed with different sayings, I have a couple lying around from my paper-hoarding days, so that is what I thought of.

Another idea, kind of a spin off of the band suggestion, is a loop of elastic cord attached to the back cover that slips over a sturdy button of sorts attached to the front cover, like this

I have some of these:

This line is made by Teresa Collins and they are leather like straps with snap closures. I got a 3 pack at Michaels.
