Anyone ever get this error in HELLO before?

So, I haven't been able to get on HELLO for the past 2 days because I keep getting this error:

"UI failed to initialize. If you have no copies running you my need to reinstall."

Well, that's the gist of it, I'm trying to remember it from memory. I've uninstalled and reinstalled around 3 times, but I keep getting the same message. I can't seem to find any kind of support on the Hello website.

Anyone have any advice?

Have you tried the hello clean-up patch thing? I've gotten a similar error in the past, and that has always fixed it. You can get more info here

I've had to run the clean-up a few times and the only bad thing is that the full clean-up deletes all your previous chats.
