Anyone else watching this show?

I'm a huge fan of history, but I have no idea if this is a historically accurate show or not, but I'm loving Mary Queen of Scotland and Sebastian (Torrance Coombs)



Last night's episode was great, I had a feeling a love triangle was going to be forming!
 
ME!!! I haven't watched last night show yet...I usually catch it later in the week on the CW app I have through our xBox, but I love it so much!! I don't know if it's historically accurate either (and I don't really care) I just love anything that seems "historical"!!!! :D

Yes! I love anything historical in nature too! And he's hot!

I think there is lots of room for improvements for sure, but I think it's the only thing I really look forward to watching lately, that and I just started watch Nashville.

The King is pretty hot too. I don't like Francis though.
 
I have it all DVR'd but I've only watchted the first episode so far. I do like it so far, just don't have enough time to watch tv!!
 
I'm enjoying it! My masters is in Tudor era history so I can say it's 'loosely based on history'. There was no Sebastian historically, or that made it into the records anyway. :) I've always thought the later years of her life, when she is in Scotland to be much more dramatic, what with trying to find a new husband, dealing with Elizabeth I, the coup attempt by her husband, having him murdered, being kidnapped by the murderer & forced to marry him & then being thrown off her throne, and fleeing into English capitivity. There is a lot a show could do with that.

But I suppose there is much more opportunity to play with the facts while she is in France & not much is known apart from how she dealt with her French husband & his family.

Still, it's a good show.
