Anyone else anxious for the big announcement??

I just read the newsletter and it said that 3 designers are joined SSD later today!!!!! When is later? :) I'm ready. :thumbup:

ETA: I just reread the newsletter and it does say the 3 will be invited today... so yeah... doesn't mean we'll find out. Wishful thinking I guess. :)

from what one of my lovely designers told me is that they are being invited today - yes THREE designers - but we, the general public, won't find out until NSD
 
Yup it's very exciting, can't wait to find out who's coming to SSD! NSD is May 3rd so we have 3 weeks til the official announcement!!
 
Yep, gotta let them repack their goodies in the Sweet way and get settled into their new home here before we unleash all of you crazies on them! LOL :)

Yeah, I totally thought about that after I realized it wouldn't be until NSD. Makes perfect sense!

Will there be lots of scrapbooking day stuff going on here?

I can't wait either! Do you think we can get someone to move NSD??? What about tomorrow? That works for me sooooo much better...waiting until May to see these ladies in action is going to be painful!

So, I just looked at the calendar and saw that May 3rd, NSD, is on a saturday! Do you know how happy that makes me? That means I can really hunker down and do all the fun stuff that is going to be happening that day! WooHoo!!!

uhoh..i'm almost positive we reserved that date for Cam's bday party..is it bad to try and change it? she'll be 4 she won't know it's not May 3rd right? I haven't given the invites to her classmates yet (ok I haven't made them yet lol)

I had Benjamin's party last year on NSD when it was in Nov, and ugh, I was SO annoyed that I had to miss everything! Be darn sure, my calendar is CLEAR this time LOL.
 
yeah pretty sure I'm gonna change it til the next week and *gasp* be the horrible mom I might seem and combine hers and Ryleigh's bday parties..I mean Ryleigh will be 2..she won't know right? lol

They'll never know. Not unless you scrap about it LOL. They're little- I don't think they'll mind. Change it! LOL
 
Yes, definitely change it LOL. I had Benjamin's party at my house, so every now and then I'd take a sneak peek at the computer, and it depressed me, all the fun stuff was going on without me! LOL
 
Son of a! I'm having friends into town that day! Man, I should've planned that better :( I'll have to make do with just the newsletter and a quick run through the store I guess. :(
 
I think that's our first free saturday in the LONGEST time! But... that also probably means we'll want to do some sort of family activity--at least in the morning!
 
Kyle's first birthday is May 3rd!! But I don't think we'll be having his big party til Sunday cause several of the grandparents work on Saturdays so we generally always have parties on Sundays instead. But I need to get off my butt and decide what we are actually doing for his birthday, I'm bad about waiting til the last minute to decide lol! So I should still be able to participate for at least part of the day! Better than last year on NSD, that was the day we came home from the hospital with him so I missed out on everything going on!
 
hahahaha. my brother's birthday is may 3. he'll be so thrilled to share his day with the scrapbooking crazies, as he calls us all.

but, i'm with all fo you. i can't wait to see who got invited to join!
 
Ugh, my DH wants to go camping that weekend and I have to figure out a way to talk him out of it or at least find a campground with wifi!!!!
