Anybody having problems with the FWP kit?

Penny's kit didn't add to my cart this morning, and when I went to put it in there, it was showing up with a price...not free I went ahead with my order (almost $20), but it still didn't appear in my cart...just wondering if it was a glitch with me or if other people had the same problem.
