Any Quick Ideas

Hey ladies - thought you might could help...

My SIL's bday is Wednesday, but we're celebrating tonight. Any quick ideas for a gift I could make? Like something hybrid that I could do this afternoon, without having to really buy anything today for it? Hehe - I know, not a small request. I think I may go out in a few a get her a pair of earrings, but I'd love to make her something too.

Do you have a small box you could alter? Make it pretty, and then put the earrings inside.
