Any one have a good brie recipe?

My friend makes this incredibly easy dish that is really yummy. She buys some brie and one of those cans of cresent rolls (found in the dairy section) and she wraps the brie in the cresent rolls and bakes it per the instructions on the can. She makes kind of a decorative wrap, so it actually displays well. You might be looking for something more sophisticated, but I thought I'd throw it out there :)
 
ooh i love baked brie with a pastry shell.

the only time I made it though was from a premade thing . . . had pastry shell and raspberry (?) jelly. I think it was cut in half and jelly was in middle. Or was it on top? or maybe middle and top? anyway, sooo yum yum yummy!

hmmm, I think i got it at Costco :D a few years ago.

well, now I am craving it too!
 
I want to love brie since I am a cheese addict, but lemme tell you..the one time I had it, it tasted like man juice. ICK!
 
I have to giggle a bit at this!!! When I introduce myself to people, I always get "oh, like the cheese?" LOL. I've never actually tried it though.

You guys think I'm just being perverted..but I am serious!! Is there anyone out there who knows what I'm talking about or did I just get a bad batch? I desperately want to love it..it's ooegy and gooey, but come on!!

Let me put it in less perverted terms. Does anyone else think brie tastes of chestnuts? *eyebrows*

The first time i had it I was sooooo grossed out, and not in the mood... :D :D
THENNNNNN... the host of the party told me, thats why he liked it, that it was he and his partners FAVE appetizer, he likes it with crackers... (the cheese).. LMAO! :D :D
