Any network/IP gurus?

I upgraded to IE9, last week or so & now keep getting a Network error. Stating that another computer on the network has the same IP as my computer.

I have NO idea how to fix this...or why it's coming up?? & now I'm worried...I finally got into a 'Network" area.. and there are like 5 other 'comptuers' showing up???

Whenever I have any internet issues, I just call my internet provider and make them walk me through the issue.
 
did you make you a new network (although not sure you would have to with just a browser update) or are you connecting to somebody else's?
 
No. Neither.

Didn't change anything, but it started happening after the update, not sure if it's just a coincidence or the cause (IE is such a pain, I finally installed Chrome for DH & I use FF).
 
I use FF too (on a mac) even on PC I used FF...i really like it better than any of the other browsers
