:thumbup: Meeeee!!! My birthday is June 18th. I'll be 32. :thumbdown:
DS had his birthday yesterday, the 14th (he's 6!!!) :crying: My baaaby!

Now I realize I know A LOT of people who have June birthdays (my BFF, 3 good friends, 4 of my kids friends... the list goes on). Growing up I always felt like the only one because my birthday came after school was out (I never had a class party and never had parties with all of my classmates). Also, I've had to share it with Father's Day when they happen to overlap. I never did like sharing. :unsure: Now I have to share it with my Dad and DH. Booooo.... Birthdays should trump Father's Day, right? But my celebration always gets postponed. :p

So, June babies... are you a Gemini or Cancer? I'm a Gemini...
 
Today is my birthday and I am a total Gemini! I get bored easily and am always up for an adventure, super indecisive, and big on communication.

I have two babies with June birthdays. My daughter turned 7 on the 8th and my son will be 5 on the 19th.

I have a friend whose birthday is the 21, his son is the 18, another friend's son is the 24 and we just had a friend have a baby on June 3.

Busy month for us.
 
Oh, I forgot another friend's baby is turning one on Saturday and yet another friend's baby is turning 3 on the 22.
 
I hardly knew anyone with June birthdays growing up but now I notice quite a few. My DD's is the 1st, she's a Gemini. I've got a big one later this month, I'm a Cancer.

Mine was actually yesterday, I turned 28!! I never got to celebrate my birthday at school either. We have lots of June birthdays. SIL, Aunts, Grandma/pa, cousins. it's a busy month for us.

You have the same birthday as my Granny. :)

My husband's bday was on June 5th, which was also my high school sweethearts bday. (My hs sweetie and I both have sons born on Aug 7th, one year apart too, which we think is ironic as heck.) In fact every man I have ever been involved with romantically was either born in June or late May and is a Gemini. I guess I just like indecisive men. :blink:
 
My son's birthday is this month 6/22. For the very reasons you talked about I have taken in something to let him celebrate with his class before the end of school for the past two years. Last year cupcakes and this year a cookie cake. Since he's so young it's not like he's going to call his friends to invite them to a birthday party so until he gets to that point, I'll probably keep this up. :)
 
Haha Lorie! I can relate to the indecisive thing. LOL! It's one of my traits that drives me nuts.

Mine is this Sunday (I'll be 34), I was actually born on Father's Day so every couple of years my birthday falls on Father's Day so I've shared the day with my Daddy and Husband several times over the years! We have several other June birthday's in my family, including my Dad, SIL and two nephews.
 
I am sooo not a birthday person. I always thought maybe it was because I have a summer birthday and never got to do things with classmates, so I just kind of developed a whatever attitude about them.

I am also not big into celebrating birthdays (or anything for that matter). We always do a homemade cake (not a fancy decorated character one - just a regular cake), and we invite the local aunts, uncles, cousins, and have just a few presents. No biggie. I was raised by a wonderful woman who also happens to be a holiday scrooge. It did rub off on me just a bit. :)

This is me too. Growing up everyone always forgot my birthday as I was out in October by myself and the rest of my family was in March and April. Over the years I just learned that it was just another day. Now that I am old, I appreciate that no one remembers. lol
 
We have absolutely no June birthdays in our family - immediate, or going back to my grandparents and my DH didn't have any in his family either. Our big months are July, August, and October.

I do have 1 friend whose birthday is in June and that's it!
 
When I got engaged to DH my MIL was so excited because I would be the only June birthday in the family of 30. I still am with a few more grand babies born. Mine is the 25, so I get presents semi-annually between birthday and Christmas. I've always loved having a summer birthday. I was the only kid in my family who didn't have to go to school on my birthday (until summer school. Boo!).

im a gemini (and loving it!). mine is june 4th. i have 3 more cousins whose birthdays are in june. i have 3 very good friends who are also june girls (and are geminis too). i always feel extra-birthday-ee in june.

I'm an end-of-May Gemini but this is so me. :D

My aunt, uncle & cousin (same family of 4) all have June birthdays. Kinda crazy!

Me! My birthday is June 17th, Yup falls on Fathers day this year. I will be 29 O_o

June is a busy month for our family too, My BIL is on the 11th, My husbands Aunt is on the 15th, Im on the 17th, my sister the 18th and my good friend is on the 18th and my niece on the 19th. So many birthdays
