Any crocheters interested in a crochet-a-long?

Craftster is doing a 50 washcloth challenge and I think that would be fun. 50 washcloths in 50 days?
Or any other suggestions?
 
Holy cow!!! 50 washcloths in 50 days????? I think I'll have to sit this one out ladies. I made dish cloths last year for all my girly family members (in groups of coordinated colors of 3 - and I tied them together with a pretty ribbon). BUT.....I had to start like in September to get them all done and I think I only completed like 12 or 15 of them!! I'm currently working on a scarf in a waffle weave pattern for DD and I'm likely to not get that done in time either!! :-)
 
Im in...only thing I dont like about washcloths is it usually takes a special yarn and is a little more expensive. I already have a ton of regular yarn (like the red heart kind sold at walmart and most craft stores). We could all do baby blankets and donate to a charity for christmas. Baby blankets are usually pretty quick to finish. I can do one in less then a week usually
 
What kind of yarn are they using? If it is kitchen cotton I am in! I have a bunch of it left form the CAL on ravelry a few months back. That was making a tote bag for groceries. It was a really simple tote too. It's the market bag 60551 on Lion Brands free pattern site
 
It doesnt HAVE to be 50 washcloths, we could do like 10 washclothes in 30 days or something different altogether.
Im up for suggestions but it'll have to be easy so that everyone can join in!
