N neenee New member Mar 19, 2012 #1 When you go to your meetings - do you take your shoes off and try to have as few layers (or light clothing) as possible for your weigh in? I usually weigh at home in my birthday suit so I hated having jeans and tennis shoes on for my weigh in last week.
