So... how does the Sweet Gallery Standouts & LOTW work? How does a person get picked? By participating in the challenges?

There are 2 standouts that you can get picked for, as well...there's the "Sweet Gallery Standouts" which are layouts for challenges (these earn the recipient 1 bonus reward point)...and then there are the "Sweet Keepsakes Standouts" which are for hybrid projects in the gallery (which earn the recipient 3 points).
