Another question

Sorry, trying to get the etiquette and things figured out here so a couple more questions so I can be sure.

Challenges - I want to make sure I am understanding this right, you can use other designers outside of Sweet Shoppe for challenges and put them in the challenge gallery, just not in your own personal gallery?

Also, etiquette on comments on your layouts in your gallery? This is going to sound dumb, but do you comment back to them there or do most people not comment back?

Oh, that and blinkies and such in siggies is there any rules on that?
 
Challenges - you're welcome to use any products you want - but using new releases from SSD gives you an additional point. You upload them to the gallery here as long as they are for challenges.

Comments on LOs - I usually praise everyone so I normally catch people who praised me. LOL But I think it's nice if someone praises you that you return it, but I don't think people expect you to.

Blinkies - I think you're free to fly whatever blinkage you want - not sure though.

I think I didn't word my question well. I meant do you reply back to your own layout comments, not do you comment on their layouts. I am sure to be a big commenter here, when I see something I like I just have to let people know it.
 
Paula summed it up beautifully :) I also dont comment directly on my own layouts I just run over to their gallery and try to show some lovin.
 
Welcome first off :)

Just make sure if you are using outside designers that is IS for a challenge

Sometimes if somebody comments on my LO or says something that I want to reply to, I just drop them a PM
 
Just wanted to add that you can use other designers in your regular gallery (ie non-challenge layouts) as long as you've got some SSD goods in the layouts. :)
 
Glad you're here! I hope you have fun. The challenges are great; I love having a good starting point. can't wait to see what you create!
