Annual Questions to ask your children?

I'm trying to find a list of questions to ask my children every year on their birthday that I can scrap about. I know I should just come up with my own but I'm not feeling very inspired today. Hoping someone will share - thanks in advance!

I don't do it annually.. more just when I feel like it but I made this LO forever ago with ce.. and what makes him get really excited about it now (I've yet to make my updated lo because I'm slow haha ) is that I let him come up with some of the questions too :]
