Amazon Prime free audio books?

Has anyone tried Amazon Prime free audio books? I've spent quite a while trying to figure it out but I don't see where you access those? Do you have to sign up for Audible?

Whenever I look for the audio books, all I see is that you can get any two free when you get an Audible subscription, but I don't see the 50 designated by Amazon as free to all Prime members.

Help!?
 
Do you have the Kindle App installed on your phone? You download those audiobooks through the Kindle App, not the Audible app. I have Kindle Unlimited as well as Amazon Prime; since most (all?) of the Prime books with free narration are also part of KU, my app treats them as KU books. I don't know if it's different when you only use the Prime library, but this is how it works for me.

-open the Kindle app and navigate to a book in the store with free narration (there's a category in the Kindle store's menu)

-Click the button to "Read and listen for free" then follow the prompts

-After the book is downloaded and opened, tap on the page so that menus show. There will be a status bar at the bottom, and on the right of it is a headphone icon. Click the headphone icon.

Thank you so much! I never would have figured that out since I kept searching around Amazon.com instead of looking through the Kindle app.
